Jammye Holmes is from Hueytown, AL and graduated from Hueytown High School in 1997. She began her pharmacy career as a pharmacy technician, training under Teri Anders at Food World Pharmacy in Hueytown from 1998-2000. This made her realize that she wanted to further pursue a career in pharmacy. She earned her Associates Degree in Science in 1999 from Jefferson State Community College, and was then accepted into Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy in 2000. She graduated from Samford in 2004 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She worked at Walgreens, Tara Pharmacy, and U-Save Pharmacy, before joining the Rock Creek Pharmacy Family in 2019. Jammye is married and has two children, ages 11 and 8. She is also a Sunday School teacher at the Episcopal Church of St Francis of Assisi, and is the Charter Organization Representative for Cub Scout Pack 404. She also loves reading, sewing, and knitting.
